Hello!
My name is Katie and I founded K Aesthetic Consulting in order to combat issues I noticed when working with practices. Some of these issues included inefficient patient consultations, not utilizing a variety of services for best outcome, trouble assessing capital purchases, and the inability to capitalize on patient spend. Individually and combined these are toxic for your bottom line.
I have been in the industry for about 6 years mostly focused on capital equipment purchases in various types of practices. In doing so I have become a student of the industry. With this experience coupled with my business education, I hope to be a source of guidance to help increase revenues and patient satisfaction.
My specific knowledge includes lasers, radio frequency, intense pulsed light, injectables, skincare, anatomy, ROI, patient consultations, membership packages, practice marketing, events, and more!
